Hello UG Users! We recently launched a new feature about AI customer service. If you encounter any problems while using UgPhone, you may ask our assistant —— Mika!

Where is the AI customer service?

First, click on the picture below to run our UgPhone, either on the mobile phone or on the web.

Then, go to the ‘Discover’ page and click on the ‘Play’ column at the top to find Mika!

When talking with Mika, you can enter text below or use voice input to tell Mika your questions. Mika is happy to chat with you!

If there are more complex problems that Mika can’t solve, how should you do?

1.You can ask Facebook customer service for help on your ‘Me’ page, or go to the community to ask the administrators and supports for help.

2.You can find the customer service portal on the official website and communicate directly with the human customer service.
